Sunday Social: All about my childhood

Sunday Social is here again...this time you get to learn all about the kid i was!!!

enjoy!

1. What do you miss most about being a kid?
the carefree time. no stress about money or work! and the joy in the small things. as a kid i feel like you love everything and sometimes as an adult we forget that.

2. Did you have a nickname growing up? What was it?
krissy-nicky.
my middle name is nichole and there the nickname was born. only used by family...my friends always called me by my last name in high school.

3. What was your favorite thing to do at recess?
i loved four square! remember that game?!?

4. What did you want to be when you grew up?
(elementary school) vet. i loved my pups sooo much!
(middle school)pediatric oncologist. i read a series of books that were rooted in pediatric oncology and i just always wanted to do it. unfortunately my fear of blood and needles brought that dream to a halt.

5. What was your favorite toy?
hmmmm.....i can't remember! the only toy that comes to mind that i loved was a tamagaci/nano pet....remember those?!? digital pets you had to take care of?!? nuts!

6. What is the funniest thing you did as a kid that your parents still remind you about?
well...not funny but i'm not very athletic but somehow i made the middle school volleyball team....it's still kindof a joke as to how the heck i made it! little shortie made the team....and was decent!
{probably what i looked like!!!}

  6. Hi from Sunday Social!

I had Tamagotchis when I was little, but I honestly don't remember really playing with it. But I must have because I had like 20. Four square was such a fun game back in the day (:

    Happy Sunday!

  8. Found your blog via the Sunday Social link party. My brother stole my red tamagotchi + sold it at summer camp. I was so mad when I found out! I said something along the same lines for the first question. Wouldn't it be great to just have a few days with no responsibility? I don't know if our minds would be able to just enjoy the time off, though!

  9. I wasn't good at four square. My brother thought it was funny to hide my tamagotchi from me. I secretly think he was playing with it! I hope you have a great weekend!
